Reality is an immense polyhedron,
there is always a new face to
interpret it. The eye can fall upon
the pigeon's back and discover new
perspectives. The rump’s owner is a
bird, clumsy, a bit absurd, it shows
poor cleaning, it is indifferent to
any aesthetic standards, its purpose
is only to spread a particularly
corrosive “cream” on inappropriate
places. The pigeon's back tells us
its story and it reveals its
brightness. It makes us roll between
the beautiful and the ugly until the
opposites merge in a unicum. The
pigeon's back tells us that
monuments' corrosion seems like a
war: it creates new spaces for
reconstruction, providing precious
oxygen in the perverse mechanisms of
human economy. It actually points
out that mediocrity, combined with a
practical disposition, is often a
winning force in the struggle for

pigeon's rump" ” gives rise to a
consideration in a naturalistic context.
From 19 June to 30 July 2010 with the support of
LAV the show stopped over at some locations :
Cascina Roccafranca , via Rubino 45, Torino
Lav's centre, Via rocciamelone 12/e, Torino.
Colli Euganei Park (Veneto Italy):
a great unique experience. With the support of
Colli Euganei Park and of Fantalica Association,
the exhibition was staged along a naturalistic
path on Monte Gnoccozzo (near Battaglia Terme,
Padua). The organization gave the possibility of
a double tour: the botanical visit and the
artistic one. Technical data: the exhibition
includes about 20 works and some basic texts
aimed at understanding the project that have
been published on facebook:

In this show enrico Unterholzner captures images
from the theatre of urban development and he
submits them to an amazing distillation process
that brings out the essence of the emotions..
The event “Padua in a dream”, a town initiative
organized by Fantalica Association with the
support of the town of Padua in September 2005,
is the real launching of this project that will
grow in the years to come. Works’ photos are
viewable in the
Gallery, by
clicking on “Coming from the city”. Technical
